"Being the first of my friends to drive I had no one to recommend me a driving instructor. I came across Steve by chance, and after having a friendly phone call booked my lessons with him. Learning to drive with Steve was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I began learning to drive in January 2008. I received tuition from Steven Corfield, having one lesson a week. Under his tuition I gained numerous skills required to drive safely and responsibly. Over forthcoming weeks I gained further knowledge of car handling, road positioning and appropriate use of speed. Steve had also guided me through the manoeuvre's required for all round driving. By this time I felt Steve had helped me to progress quickly and competently. His calm and patient attitude encouraged my confidence throughout every lesson. Steve was also supportive in tackling difficult situations. He had taught me every aspect that was required to be a sensible, proactive driver. On Steve's reccomendation and my confident manner I felt ready and capable of applying all learnt skills and knowledge into my practical driving test.
I passed my driving test on 7th July 2008. |

I enjoyed taking my driving lessons with Steve, I felt he was a very patient teacher who really took the time to explain things thoroughly and clearly. I really felt like he was teaching me to drive, not just coaching me to pass my test. When it was time to take my test I felt fully prepared and passed first time. I've since gone on to do Pass Plus with Steve and again he has been very helpful, especially in regards to the motorway driving. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone as an honest, fair and friendly driving instructor |
